My Leadership Style

The leadership theory that closely matches my leadership style is the transformational theory.  My leadership style is a concern for people and a concern for task.  I find myself being a motivator among my coworkers and always encouraging students to do their best.  I like to start different programs such as  an afterschool homework club, where the children have an opportunity to do their homework since they don't do it at home.  This gives the student the opportunity to get the help needed as well as the support that will help them to succeed.

  1. Renee it really sounds like you are a transformational leader. You mentor other teachers and devote extra time to your students after school. Not only do the students succeed with your help but it makes you a great leader.
